Bradford North Scouts are on the lookout for a District Volunteering Development Team Leader – someone who’s passionate about welcoming new people, supporting our amazing volunteers, and making sure every adult has the tools, training, and recognition they need to thrive.
This is a senior leadership role in our District. You’ll lead a team that focuses on:
🌱 Recruiting and welcoming new volunteers
📚 Supporting training and learning opportunities
🙌 Recognising and celebrating contributions
💡 Creating a positive volunteering culture
You don’t need years of experience in Scouts — just enthusiasm, people skills, and a belief in the power of volunteering.
