In order to be ready for the transition of the new membership system all adult volunteers are being asked to ensure that their records are transition ready on the existing system…
URGENT – By 30th September
Ensure you have a personal unique and functioning email address listed on compass (this should not be an email given to you by your District or Group)
If you have multiple addresses listed on compass :
The email marked as Volunteering (new category that you should select) will be used as your username to log onto the new system (this should be a personal email not a District or Group given email)
The email marked as ‘Scouting Enquiries’ will be used for scouting communications – this can be a District or Group email.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS AND ONE MARKED AS VOLUNTEERING AND ONE MARKED AS SCOUTING ENQUIRIES BEFORE 30TH SEPTEMBER 2024
