Fabulous camp 9th Bradford North
Thank you to ALL the leaders, scouts, ham radio experts and JOTI volunteers (especially our ScoutLink friends) who made it possible for us to have one FANTASTIC JOTI camp.
Activities included:
Kayaking, Survival Skills: Axes, knives, rope making and fire bows, making our own menus, buying and cooking our own meals, a 5+ hour JOTI party on the computers with singing and dancing along to JOTI radio, chatting on amateur radio, getting in contact with 101 different places all over the world, and meeting some new friends at the camp in the process.
We had a brilliant time and we hope to see you all again next year!
Thank you also to the Scouts for their excellent behaviour all weekend – it makes it all the more worthwhile for the leaders!
