Try more. See more. Do more. At Scout Network, for eighteen to twenty-five year olds, you’ll stand on your own two feet, and make memories to last a lifetime. Whether you’re completely new to Scouts or have been with us since you were 5 years old, joining is a great way to meet new people, seek out new challenges and see the world. Because being a grown up shouldn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun!

Young adults aged between 18 and 25 are eligible to register as Scout Network members, subject to a satisfactory reference check.
Being part of Network
When you join Network, you’ll be introduced to lots of new activities, people and things. Find out more about what we get up to and how you can get involved.
Get a taste for what it’s like in Network
Scout Network members take part in a variety of activities, which they undertake and organise themselves with the support of a District Scout Network Commissioner.
Example activities include: Abseiling, award work, bouldering, camping, caving, climbing, cooking, gliding, go-karting, gorge walking, hiking, ice climbing, international opportunities, mountain boarding, pioneering, shooting, watersports, yachting and many more.
Uniform and Badge Placement
You don’t need a uniform to join Scout Network. But once you’ve settled in, you’ll start earning badges, and you’ll need to know where to put them.
Projects and Events
The Scout Network programme is based around projects and events, learn about the difference between them both. Network Commissioners also have the opportunity to submit their request for their regional or national events to be hosted on our events page.
The Scout Promise
The Promise is a simple way to help young people and adults celebrate their shared Scout values. Every Scout promises to stick by these values when they become a member.
Scouts is open to people of all faiths and of none. We’ve different variations of our Promise, so everyone can make a Promise that means something to them, no matter their background or belief.
