I am currently trying to arrange training to support leaders who are working with young people or adults who have disabilities. It is such a vast subject so I would like to kow what type of trainng you would like and covering what aspect of disability. Thanks

Having just discovered that Connor has Autism, a Course on understanding children with this disability would be great.

I don’t know how much it helps, but I have my TEACCH training for working with children with autism and other communication difficulties. Its seen some use in scouting through such things as visual schedules for those who need to know what is happening next to keep their anxiety levels low, and their behaviour under control. If you think it might be useful, look me up. 🙂
