West Yorkshire Scouts

Request received to the wysmail mailbox – if anyone know who it was please email communications@wyscouts.org.uk so we can put them in touch..

“Good Morning,
I’m really hoping you will be able to help me and my family trace someone. On Monday 10th November my dad collapsed in Leeds train station at approximately 5.30/5.45pm. A very kind lady ran to his aid and performed CPR. She told my mum who was also there, that she was a scout leader and knew basic CPR. We found out that my dad had suffered a cardiac arrest and that if it wasn’t for this kind lady, he probably wouldn’t be with us now.

He is due to have heart surgery in a couple of weeks and we would really like to find this lady to say thank you.

As explained above, all we know is she is a scout leader and presume she is from the West Yorkshire area with her being in the station at rush hour. She was wearing a red coat.

If there’s any sort of message / email you could send out, I’d really appreciate it.

Kind regards
Gemma”
